WHAT EACH SHARE INCLUDES
More Than a Property Stake
Each share combines property-linked ownership with annual stay privileges and participation in eligible hotel revenue, giving shareholders defined benefits tied to their ownership.
1. Property-Linked Ownership
Each share includes 0.003 decimals of land and 15 sq. ft. of construction area, covering your proportional share of the suite, common areas, and ancillary facilities.
2. Annual Stay Privilege
Each shareholder can enjoy an annual stay of 2 to 15 nights with their family or a designated guest, subject to the applicable terms.
3. Profit & Revenue Share
Shareholders receive their allocated share of the hotel’s net profit annually, with additional revenue participation from eligible room bookings and referred events.
